Nice Ride

This Avalanche had some nice crome in the back on display. Everyone needs crome plated gas cans and shovels.

Robbie left AD on tuesday night after the Bon Jovi Concert on the 2am flight to Milan. He was going to email me. He has not. Have you seen or heard from him? If you have please tell him to pick his mother up at the Milan airport on Wednesday night. He better be there.

He may look like this, if seen walking around Italy.

He may be looking for new biking places in Italy.

He may be seen relaxing in a pool in Italy. If you see him tell him he's in big trouble from his mother.

Villa No. 28

This is my new home. I have four bedrooms, maids room, 4 1/2 bathrooms, big living room, and dining room, big kitchen and a small garage.

The average person with normal(not short like mine) legs could walk to the pool by going this direction with 10 large walking steps,

and turn the corner and go 8 more walking steps,

and this is what they would find. Can you even believe it. I teach my swimming lessons here and then I just walk home. ahhah The guards were putting new cushions on the loungers and I wanted to go and lay on everyone of them, so I could be the first to sit on them. They chill the pool in the summer so its just the right temp, not to hot and not to cold, just right. I'm sure this will help in making your decision on coming to visit. This compound is in an odd shape with 28 villas hooked together. So in America you would think of this as a town house probably. The cost of housing here has gone through the roof. You have to pay a year in advance for your rent also. But I've waited 2 1/2 years to get in here. I'm pretty darn excited to be here.

The George's

This is Melissa and Steve, the parents of my girls. Melissa is a great Mom, she does such a good job with these two girls. I think back when she was this age and I can't imagine two Melissa's. I remember telling Melissa as a teenager I hope you have two just like you!!!

I haven't been able to talk to them since I don't have internet at my new house yet. I've decided you have to be blood related to someone at Eteselot (goverment owned internet company) to get the service sooner than 4 weeks. I would like to know who I could pay to flip the switch. GRRRRRRRR

The Love Birds

I have been studing the faces of these two and have decided that if TJ had dark hair and if Annaliese would let her curly hair show they would look like they were brother and sister. I guess they match.












Now the next three pictures made me think of the vamp books.

Since I haven't had internet at my new digs, and its hard to sit out side at night at 105 degrees sitting in front of my neighboors place using their internet to blog or do much on the computer, and I don't have cable which is ok and I don't have anything in my house to entertain me yet, I have been reading the vamphire books again.
I should have taken their engagement pictures.

Thanksgiving Point the day before I left

The flowers were just beginning to bloom. I'm sure they were really pretty about a week later. It was nice to see green grass, real trees and lots of green stuff. I would like to do one of those pictures that you blow up poster size and then cut it into about six different pictures and then hang in on a big wall. I think a nice big camel would be good for Robbies house. I left my book"Photoshop for Dummies at Melissa's so I will have to wait till I get back to see if I can figure out how to do it and make a nice group photo.



The love birds were posing for me at just about every stop..................... I think I should have done there engagement photos.
The pond at full of gold fish. They were having a frenzy of activity when we were there. The girls were feeding them crackers. The colors were really bright. I wonder what they would have done if I stuck my barefoot in there?
L-R Steve, and I'm not sure which baby he was holding, Melissa, TJ, Annaliese and the other one. No idea who is who. I can't remember who had the two pig tails and who had the one.

I am here really

10 Things that I've thought about or witnessed since I returned to AD.


1. The trip home was somewhat uneventful for the first 7 hours of the flight. It was after the 3rd movie and a loud thud. It kind of brought me out a a movie stupor and I looked up and this big southern fella was on the floor. Hummmm no one moved, no Steward anywhere and then I thought oh man, I don't want to do this. So being the person that I am got up and knelt down next to him. I could see that he was in the middle of a seizure and wasn't responding to me for a about 1 minute. Then he finally saw me and I told him he had to stay with me. Still no steward and I looked up and saw about 20 people looking at me and I yelled, "Get some Help". The man was trying to get up and but i kept him down and he was going in and out of consciousness and then to the rescue some steward PUSHED me away from the man and didn't ask me what happened or ask me if a thing. I thought you jerk. I thought more things so I sat back and watched him run a round like a chicken with his head cut off. My last thought of all this I hope we don't have a real emergency. Shoot. I went back to the movies.

2. During my absence I shifted apparently. My trusty house help and dear friend Marilyn packed me up and Bong, Franco and Alvin moved us to our new accommodations. Yes, we are out of the bat cave. We are on the ground, no more lifts to carry groceries. Yea. The most important, I have a pool. pictures to come

3. During my first 24 hours here, being of somewhat in the sleepy state but moving around. I was reading a book and I kept hearing this sound. I couldn't figure out what it was. Then in my state of numbness, I kept thinking its the ice cream truck bell. Then I probably closed my eyes again or what ever and then the ice cream truck bell kept ringing again. My thought was man stop the bells we know your here. Then I thought we don't have ice cream trucks here, do we?? It started to ring again. Finally i got up off the bed and i figured out sound was.... Sam was calling me. And we don't have ice cream trucks.

4. It's a little hot outside now here. It was 105 today.

5. I'm 20 steps to the pool, yes really.

6. I'm back at the spinning class.

7. I lost 4 lbs on the trip home.

8. I've seen 5 car wrecks since I've been back. Last nights was a bit funny, the guy didn't turn the corner. He kept going and missed the pole but about 2 feet. He got high centered on some Sand.

9. Sam is still working 24-7.

10. I gave Sam the responsibility to buy a stove and fridge so the new digs. He did an excellent job on the stove. Just excellent.
