The girls gathered these giant eggs at Keith and Neila's farm. They weren't sure but they wanted to eat them the next day. So happy with their find, they just beamed.
I won't say what they look like in the bowl, but they were some pretty impressive yolks
They got a charge out of this. Lots of eggs......
With a little salsa and lots of Emu eggs you can make a Big pan of scrambled eggs......
