Moving In Day at D-1

Today IKEA arrived at 12:30 to start the day at the Mohamad Bin Zayed City apartments. I rented 6 flats for the employes that have come to live in AD and work at the office. This is the crew chief Nasser, he is from India and his English is very good. He only speaks faster than an auctioner on speed. Several times during the day I pulled a shway shway on him and he put his speaking skills in slow gear sooooooo thaaaaaaaat IIII cccoooouuuldd unnnndersstttannd hhhim. He has been in AD for 3 1/2 years and is married and has two children. His family moved to AD last year and he said he is very happy. He posed for the picture as did all the workers all day and night long.

Truck #1 is unloaded and as quickly as they can. They work very well together as a team. The planning of were all the boxes are and where they going is amazing how they do it. Here are 4 of the 10 workers that were there today.

One truck unloaded and 4 to go.......
6 -three seaters, 6 2 seaters as they are called here go up and up the elevater to their new homes.
