This is my friend Legesh. He is is from India. He works at Spinny's the most western grocery store in town. We have gotten to know Legesh over the last 2 years and look forward to seeing him each time we go for groceries. Last spring he informed my friend and I that he was going home to get married. This was going to be an arranged marriage. Legesh went home in May and got married and when he came back he was beaming from ear to ear. He said he was going to be a father. He is the always happy and always so happy to see us as we go to the grocery store. Sometimes I go just to say hi and buy something so he can visit with us on the way out. When we got back from summer break we stepped up Legesh's salary a little. We told him that babies cost a lot and that he will have to buy diapers. (I don't think they wear to many diapers there) So it is comical to see baggers juggle for postion when my friend and I come in the store. They all know when Legesh is there he is our man to take care of us buy unloading the groceries on the check out stand and then he takes our groceries out to the car and opens the door for us to get in. Now when I noticed when I was back home in the Utah having that little extra care that Legesh gives us is so nice and I missed it. So each time when he brings out our shopping bag or bags I give him a hefty tip and he again smiles, when I was leaving to go home for the holidays I gave him larger tip (100 dirhams) $28 and he cried. I told him Merry Christmas quietly and left to go home. All fall we got up dates on his wifes condition and how many days he had left till the baby comes. I got word when I was home that his wife had a baby boy and that all was well. So when I got back I got the details and asked for a picture to see and he didn't have one. So he got the email of my friend and his wife took pictures of his baby son and send it to her. Terri made a copies of each picture and and we took them to the store on our shopping day. We love Legesh and hope the best for him and his family. We will gladly continue to help suppliment his income by being good tippers. We think they are worth it.

What a nice guy to take your groceries to the car and open the door for you. I agree service in america is severely lacking.
